These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Bhugtan billing and inventory platform (www.bhugtan.online). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Use of Service

Bhugtan grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for your internal business purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the software.
• Upload viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users.

3. Subscription and Payments

Some features of Bhugtan require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period unless required by law.

4. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all business data you enter into Bhugtan. We do not claim ownership of your customer lists, invoices, products, or financial records. You can export your data at any time from within the application.

5. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend service for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bhugtan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You may also delete your account at any time from the application settings.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
