Why we built Bhugtan

We started Bhugtan after watching shop owners, distributors, and small manufacturers struggle with complicated desktop billing software, messy spreadsheets, and GST compliance headaches.

Most existing tools were either too expensive, too complex, or built for markets outside India. We wanted to create something that felt familiar from the first click, worked on mobile and desktop, and handled GST automatically.
